ABOUT DR. LYKESHA
Dr. Lykesha has more than 30 years of professional experience spanning financial services, leadership, business and community development, consulting, coaching, education, and real estate. Her areas of expertise include emotional intelligence, leadership and professional development, organizational effectiveness, relationship management, strategic planning, personal development, and business strategy.
She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Master’s degree in Business Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Her unique combination of education and real-world experience allows her to understand both the people and business sides of success, bringing insight, strategy, and practical perspective to the individuals and organizations she serves.
